A doctor explaining a treatment to a patient in her aesthetic medicine practice

Aesthetic medicine

What the rules prohibit
is your biggest advantage.

Aesthetic medicine advertising is closely monitored, and Meta rejects much of what people try to publish. Knowing what you can say leaves the field clear for those who do it well.

What really decides

The people who choose you based on your online presence
are the ones you’ll get to meet.

We make sure they see you through SEO, and we make sure they choose you through design, effectiveness and consistency.

Months before writingThey save accounts, check prices and read reviews at their own pace. When they finally write, they already know what they want and who they want it from.
Quote in handThey leave the consultation and compare it with two other clinics. They choose whoever explained it most clearly, not whoever is cheapest.
Through a recommendationThey arrive with the doctor’s name already given. They only visit your Instagram to confirm it’s the person they were told about.

The channels that work in aesthetic medicine

Each channel does a different job.

These are the seven that perform best in aesthetic medicine, what each one solves and how soon you’ll notice it. In the audit we decide which ones come first in your case.

Ads that Meta actually approves
The body image policy rules many out

Meta rejects anything that suggests there’s something to fix. The same treatment can be advertised perfectly well by focusing the message on the procedure, the medical team and a clear process. And that’s more convincing, too.

Instagram, the real shop window
Decisions happen here before the website

In aesthetics the account carries more weight than the website: people look at the work, look at who does it and save it for later. As the decision is a long one, content is what keeps them company all that time.

OngoingBuilds trustBrings consultations
Prices, in plain sight
“How much does it cost” is the most repeated search

Anyone who finds a price range and what’s included arrives at the consultation already convinced. Anyone who doesn’t keeps looking in three other tabs.

One page per treatment
Hyaluronic acid, laser, body, hair

Each treatment has its own search, its own price and its own patient. A single “treatments” page doesn’t compete for any of them.

Registration number, training and who will be in the consulting room. The law requires the responsible doctor to be identified, and it turns out that’s exactly what reassures people most.

Google Business Profile and reviews
The final check before writing

Even if they come from Instagram or a recommendation, almost everyone checks your profile before taking the step. Up-to-date photos and recent reviews seal the decision.

Hyaluronic acid is reabsorbed and laser works in sessions. A timely reminder about the next one fills the schedule without spending a cent on acquisition.

Why work with me

I work with businesses
that care for health.

Specialising in healthI don’t do generic marketing that “also covers aesthetics”: health is my speciality, with dental, veterinary and fertility clinics, psychology, nutrition, physiotherapy, and now aesthetic medicine too. I know the pattern of how someone looking after their health decides, even though each sector has its nuances.
I know what Meta approves and what it doesn’tAesthetics campaigns are often rejected under the body image policy. I know how to frame the message so it gets approved and performs better too: talking about the procedure and the team, not about what supposedly needs fixing.
One professional per areaI don’t pit two clinics in the same neighbourhood against each other with the same strategy. If I already work with someone near you, I’ll tell you on the first call.
I know what can’t be promisedHealthcare advertising is especially closely monitored here: no treatment giveaways, no promised results, and the health registration and responsible doctor always visible. You can communicate very well within the rules.
You talk to meThere’s no account passed through three pairs of hands before it reaches you. I handle your case from start to finish, and when something very technical is needed, I bring it in and remain accountable for the result.
Measured all the way to the consultationLikes are useful for understanding what’s happening. What I look at is how many people write, which channel they come from and how many end up sitting in your consulting room.

What people usually ask me

Questions from aesthetic clinics.

My ads keep getting rejected. Can it be fixed?Almost always, yes. It’s usually the body image policy: the ad implies there’s something to fix. Shift the focus to the procedure and the medical team, and it gets approved.
Can I show before-and-after photos? On your website and your profile, yes, with written consent and without retouching the image. Meta doesn’t allow them in ads, even when they’re real. You can be just as convincing another way.
Do you work with other clinics in my area?I don’t pit two clinics in the same neighbourhood against each other. If I already work with one near you, I’ll tell you before we start and you decide.
Does the doctor need to appear on camera? It helps a lot, because people choose a person here. And since the law already requires the responsible doctor to be identified, you’re halfway there.
How long does it take to notice? It depends on the channel. Ads show results within days, your Google Business Profile within weeks, and Instagram content is ongoing. In the audit I’ll tell you what to expect from each.
Can you guarantee more people will come? No, and anyone who guarantees it is selling you smoke. What I do commit to is telling you what’s measured, how often, and what we’d do if it isn’t working.
